We are so looking forward to all the Advance churches in our hub getting together for this weekend away.

Once your event ticket is booked and email has been received, the relevant information will be captured. A confirmation email with an invoice will be sent to confirm all the details.

The Costs:

The event will cost R 100.00 per person, this includes children as the event includes children and the other cost will be the accommodation that you choose.

Time lines:

Bookings are open immediately.
All deposits need to be paid to the Advance account by the 31st of March to secure your spot and accommodation
Final payments need to be made by the 1st of July 2018.

2 Sleeper Chalet (one bedroom) – R 2 800.00
4 Sleeper Chalet (two bedroom) – R 4 380.00
6 Sleeper Chalet (two bedroom) this is a log cabin – R 5 000.00
6 Sleeper Chalet (two bedroom) –R 5 200.00

Camping (8 people per pitch):

R 400.00 per person per day

Children under the age of 3 are free
