For those of you who were not in church yesterday we announced that for various reasons Bruce Nadin’s visit to us has been moved back to September and he will no longer be our guest speaker tomorrow at our Men’s Breakfast but we are thrilled to be having Hlomla Dandala coming instead
Hlomla was born in Cape Town, the son of the Methodist Archbishop. His father was a key figure and peace maker during the apartheid struggle and had a significant voice in the nation. Hlomla grew up with a strong desire to use his talents and position to influence and nation build. He is currently an actor (Isidingo and Jacob’s Creek), Director and TV presenter, recently presenting the soap opera awards alongside Michael Mol. He is very influential on Social Media Platforms and known as a social commentator on South African society, culture and politics. He is married to Brendah who is equally influential in social media and journalism so much so that she was invited to have tea with Michelle Obama during last years state visit.
Hlomla will be sharing with us his story, his passion for making a difference and building our nation. We will give plenty of time for QnA.
